What are our shipping options?

The majority of our shipments are sent via FedEx. We do utilize USPS Priority Mail as well, namely for packages sent to California.

Standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states is via either USPS or FedEx.

Expect your purchase to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (if there is a backorder, you will be notified in that time)

We ship to all 50 states and worldwide.
Customers are responsible for import and customs duties. 
Shipping to Canada is either via USPS, DHL or FedEx International.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped!
Once your order has been shipped you will receive confirmation and tracking codes. If we are unable to fill your order or the items are backordered, you will be notified and you will have the option of canceling the order or waiting for the backorder to be fulfilled.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed at approximately 10:00 am Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped approximately at 3:00 pm the day your order has been processed. It is possible that your order may be processed after 10:00 am. We make every effort possible to get your order out ASAP. Most orders leave our store the day ordered. That's good news! Some items may be backordered though, please be aware there is a possible 3-5 business day processing time for some items. You will be notified if this is the case.

How will I know if my order was backordered?
If your order was backordered and we could not provide you with your purchase in the time requested, then you will recieve an e-mail or phone call informing you of the circumstances. For example, if you order 2nd day shipping but we cannot get the item to you in the allotted time we will inform you.

I live in Hawaii or Alaska what are my shipping options?
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are included in the standard rate. If you would like expedited service, there are no additional charges above the standard 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping options.

In order to be able to continue that trend on the web, we are happy to accept swimwear returns for online orders up to 15 days from the date of receipt and we can accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns/exchanges past 30 days.
